   Ordered from this shop someone else got my order single fish black pudding 8 fritters waited 1 hour half for it and cancelled it ordered from just eat contacted the shop very rude told me to take it up with just eat my partner contacted them told 24 hours to get a refund what happened to my 1£ 16 .23 so I would advice never to order from this shop also very very disappointed with just eat if just est had read reviews they would have seen somebody got my order by mistake this order was placec12 07 23 think we were done

   I popped in for a portion of chips for my daughter as a snack, & all I can say was I was racially verbally abused by the one & only member of staff due to me asking for a small portion. I am chinese & he was shouting at me asking what country I’m from & in his country they don’t ask for small??? So I said just give me a large or whatever then he kept on & on saying all us Chinese are the same do I want him to break the chips in half that would make them small. I only wanted chips & he would not let it go & kept going on & on. I was born & brought up in Glasgow & in all my years I have never once experienced racial abuse to that extent. The best of it was he was foreign himself. I left the place in a flood of tears absolutely never stepping foot in the place again ever.

   Worst customer service, worst fish and chips. The guy with the gray hair short chubby man is very ignorant I asked for prices he told me to look at the price on board I said I have sight issue he said you need to go to spec savers I told you the prices. The fish and chips are the worst quality. Worst experience overall.
