Ordered tonight after trying a while ago and everything was really, really nice this time around. The Chicken Jalfrezi was well cooked and tasted super fresh and plentiful. The vegetable pakoras were bursting with flavour and I am really impressed. I'll definitely order again as it's very local and fairly priced.
Lovely pepperoni pizza with a side of chips, cheese and donner. Kebab sauce nice and spicy! Definitely recommend :)

Ordered food from here after a long day at work. The shop is less than a quarter mile away and it took 1 hr 45 minutes to arrive. After the order time got put back it still arrived late.Phoned the shop and got assured the food would arrive hot. Food arrived 25 minutes after it had left the shop. Everything was stone cold. No heat in it what so ever. Waste of £31.Only thing that was salvagable was the pizza(only reason being was it was undercooked). Embarrassing to run a food business this way.Serve it fast serve it hot. Simple. Don't cook the food until your sure the driver can deliver it hot.This is basic basic co-ordination
So this is quite a newly opened place. Tried it when it first opened over 6 months ago and got a simple pizza. It was delicious. It made me go back for trying the wider menu. I have had nothing but consistent great tasting freshly cooked food from here. Ask for your dish the way you would like it and they accomodate. Parking facilities are poor but it is on a main housing area so can just park within the establishment area. They deliver using the simple form of telephoning (most people don't do that nowadays) or you can order online (and from speaking with the owner this is where most orders are placed). I have not used the delivery system yet. No disabled access but staff will take your order at the door (not ideal I know but this place is worth it) to the owner of masala cottage. Don't change staff keep the ones you have as they put out amazing food that keeps me and my family coming to your business.
pakora and curry are amazing from here nann bread always fresh and tasty chicken tikka sizzler outstanding the pizza sometimes nice sometimes not but completely different from the pictures advertised!
Not been back for 3 month was up all night sick as a dog with food poison.got a lamb curry. Fried rice.chips.and nan bread.lamb curry was bright red and full off peppers and god knows what else.phoned up and was told i would get a good discount. As they can keep it as lost a day off work.will not use them again.
