   Disappointing experience overall. There was a 45 minute wait for food despite there being only a few other customers. We were not told about the specials available or the promotions that were on at the time. We also had to ask for our bill after waiting quite a while and one drink came in a dirty glass. You could hear staff arguing/ discussing weekend plans from the bar area. The menu was not the same as online. The mac and cheese was advertised as vegetarian yet was served with pancetta and beef fat chips. I added the gochuyang prawns which weren’t worth the extra £4. The truffle fries were also mediocre. Won’t be back.

   Lunch special on a quiet Wednesday. We came from an instagram post (which we later realised was from the west end location) but the staff accommodated us anyway and served us this incredible steak sandwich lunch special. Thanks team! We will be back

   Had a reservation, travelled over to Milngavie for our booking only to find it closed for refurbishment. We were never notified that it would be closed and left disappointed. Sent a couple of emails on this to the team to find out what happened but no responses to date. If we got a reply with an explanation that would have been good but nothing so left with no choice but to leave feedback on our experience.

   First time visiting despite passing daily. Lovely chilled lunch with my daughter, staff attentive, friendly and efficient. Good quality food and great portions. Speedy service and well presented delicious soup and feta salad. Thank you - plan to return regularly

   I had a very lovely meal here! The staff where very friendly and portions are very reasonably priced too. This place is also very big and has a nice area to sit outside!! They are also pet friendly too. Would recommend.

   Such a great surprise to find this restaurant. We are visiting the area for the night, and strolled into the town centre hoping to find a meal. Finsbay did not disappoint! Highly recommend the haggis starter, and the fish and chips. The service was lovely, as well!
