Had a plant based burger meal which was delicious. Service was good, although the tables and general decor , whilst clean and in good condition, could be more welcoming and contemporary.
Food was great, warm and served quickly. Staff are friendly and welcoming, very approachable and more than happy to make sure you get your meal prepared to your liking. The dining area is always spotless anytime I come in
Wow! This was incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. What a kind and well mannered gentleman Thomas is, he served me with a huge smile and the food lived up to the service. Brilliant will definitely be back and will bring the kids next time.
When items missing from order only option is for just eat to give refund, I'm sorry but I want the food delivered that I've ordered without having to pay additional delivery charges, poor customer service, if mistakes are made then should be delivered free of charge without customers either having to do without or having to pay additional delivery charges and don't appreciate staff hanging up the phone when trying to explain compaint, also limited choices on feedback to make sure you don't get the full extent of bad customer service, maybe if management made better choices your staff wouldn't have to take the brunt of your bad decisions. Lazy customer service
I personally am not a fan of fast food I think it is a shame what people are forced to eat out of speed or necessity and a home cooked meal is always the best way (happy to share recipes for those on a budget) I did however need to visit the store as when out on a hike I found myself in need of the loo and was forced to pop in and was greeted by a very strapping man with similarities to Ben Kingsley he was extremely helpful and offered items that fitted my dietary requirements (I left with apple wedges and water either way great visit and kamran made it so if I am passing I will surely pop in for some more of those apples
Had an excellent experience in burger king drumchapel. The staff were outstanding and very helpful, I have a disabled son and staff went all out there way to support me when especially the manager with the blonde hair. The shop was spotlessly clean. Staff came over on several occasions asking if everything was ok. Received my order with no problems. Can't thank them enough. I will be back Thank you so much
Got a new plant based burger with fake bacon wasn't bad but not a patch on a real one. Young Lady who served me was helpful and polite and dealt with my order in a timely manner she apologised for my wait but it wasn't necessary and all in all I would come back again
We ordered for the first time here, burgers, chips and cheese bites. We liked them. But could you please clean the toilets? Customers my need to use them.
