This worst subway out last 6 months cancelled my order countless of times. If it does accept my order always sumthing missing or forget to toast it or it freezing cold give up now order fae here till get new management. In this subway. Just be nightmare of subway to busy in store. Just leave order pendant. For hours. Then you need wait on refund. Fae just eat. Place is a joke now.

That boy Taylor from Subway came in at night, acting disgusting and rude, even talking badly about my mom, the manager, while handing out free food to customers like the place was his own. To make things worse, the old lady who’s his mom behaves the same way — showing no respect, no professionalism, and encouraging that kind of attitude. If the owner knows all this is happening, why isn’t anything being done about it? Are they just going to let customers and staff be treated like that?

ordered 2x meals both came with incorrect bread and salad with no double meat on one. both cookies missing from order and crisps were incorrect. absolutely gutted had to spend 10 minutes picking off salad from the meals

Ordered 2 footlong sandwiches along with 2 portions of hash browns which come in 2 separate boxes.
She Served me with the stale bread, inconsistent fillings, lack of offered sauce, and then being denied a bag, especially when I've had different experiences at other subways.
Firstly, the bread was not fresh at all like was baked a week ago, secondly the amount of steaks that the she put on my sandwiches were alot lesser that the what she put for the customer that she served in front of me, asked for sauce, she just put a little on the sandwiches without asking me if I wanted more, at the end I asked for a bag so I can carry what I orderd to the car as I had another couple of other things in the car to take to the home , which would be alot easier to carry, she responded " we dont do bags " , here is the question, how the customers are supposed to carry their shoppings which are the sandwiches, imagine someone like me has 4 items and the other may have more.
There is not chance you don't do bags, as I have been in the other subways million times and they all do bags, I believe you had some issues with me as customer which I can clearly call it racism and you only don't do bags for me.

Order was incorrect, toppings from the two sandwiches had been swapped around. Unfortunately the site does not have an active phone number so we could not phone to advise the shop of this. First experience with this subway and we are unlikely to order from them again.

I am very disappointed with the service. We haven't received everything we ordered and the meatless meetball sub was actually a normal meetball sub. I am unable to eat meet due to dietary issues. I can assure you that I am taking this matter further and will find the person who was responsible for my order.
