My husband will not stop talking about the lamb biryani and how tasty it is. I'm incredibly grateful for Masterchef and the joy they bring my house when I am too tired to cook!
Amazing biriani and great portion sizes! Super tasty-- honestly divine. The peshwari Naan was brilliant as well. Portion was enough for two people but too good to share-- I'll definitely be getting the lamb biriani again, for sure!!
The pizza I ordered was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Phoned back and they kindly replaced the pizza but the replacement was just as salty. I don’t know if it’s the pizza cook that puts too much salt on rather than seasoning or the supplier of the meat but I won’t be ordering from here for a long time.
I have ordered a lot of food for delivery from here. I always order curry or other hot food apart from pizza, kebab, munchy box. It's always been amazing. I was never disappointed. I like the taste of the food. It's always fresh and hot. The staff is kind and the chef cooks great, tasty food that tastes exactly like homemade.
Very poor service.There own app took payment for an order they claim never went through then when I called them they told me to contact the makers of the app. Unbelievable
Ordered the Buffet Meal Deal (£250) for my 40th Birthday Party. Excellent value for money (everyone was well fed and there was food left over). Food arrived on time and was fresh and piping hot. My guests commented on how tasty the food was. Excellent service from start to finish.
I ordered a veggie burger to collect there and I received a burned burger that gave me stomachage for two days and the burger was inside a container with a burned hole on it! And that's not all, I was charge with a £4 deliver when I went to collect my order! More expensive than other takes away restaurants and bad quality, I'll never come back here. Edited due to MasterChef's answer: With your answer you show perfectly what kind of shop you are, one that is not polite with the customers! I made my order by phone, with deliver include (I live 5 minutes driving from your "restaurant") but after 45 minutes waiting at home for our order, my husband went to collect them. My husband payed a deliver charge of £4 when he collected our order (because he didn't notice the extra charge) And as you understand, I dont going to return an order that I have been waiting for more than 45 minutes, because I don't want to wait another 45 minutes. I removed the burning part and ate the burger. An apologies from your "restaurant" would be a minimum when a customer had a bad experience with your food service. And yes, I 'm talking about your shop at G53, not another one. I don't going to recommend you, never!
Food is actually really good and I've enjoyed most things I've ordered. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because every single order I've placed has been wrong in some way. Doesn't matter if I phone or order online it's never right. Got another order tonight for example and one of the burgers was suppose to have salad and sauce but was plain, chips were hard as if they hadn't been cooked long enough and I paid extra for a can of juice I didn't get (we've only received our cans on 1 occasion when we have ordered them so this annoyed me the most) I just want what I order, like I say the foods nice which is probably why they have had so many chances from me. EDIT: RESPONSE TO REPLY (sorry can't see any other way to reply) I think you may have mistaken me for a different customer as I actually wanted salad and sauce on my burger meal and selected this online as you have said to do, also selected and paid extra for a can of juice but didn't get this (sadly not the only time) My meal was not replaced so this is why I believe you have the incorrect person.
Have ordered at Masterchef numerous times and has been lovely yet i don't know what's happened apart from the creamy dish orders the other curries are ridiculously red (all same) and omg so so salty! Have now gone to take away on main road to them.. Far nicer
