Ordered the Dubai Chocolate Sundae and honestly… what a joke. First off, the cup was smaller than expected – especially when other places give you bigger sundaes for the same price. Online photos show it filled to the top with layers of kunafa, pistachio sauce, and all the works. What we actually got? Just a sprinkle of kunafa on top, none in the middle, barely any pistachio sauce, and mainly plain ice cream. We ordered 4 of these, and somehow they weren’t even consistent – some had more ice cream, some less. For the price, it’s a rip-off. While waiting, we saw staff searching through ingredients for around 10 minutes. As soon as they noticed us watching, they quickly shut the door. When we asked, they covered it up by saying “the ice cream machine needed to cool down.” Right. Looked more like they were trying to find something they’d clearly run out of. Honestly, if I wanted plain ice cream with a bit of syrup, I could’ve gone to Tesco, bought a tub, and made my own. At least it would’ve been bigger, cheaper, and less disappointing. Ridiculous. Not satisfied. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy paying pounds for a downgraded sundae.

Just had an order delivered. Food does not look like the photos. Toppings missing from burgers. The worst was the 'confit garlic mayo topped fries with chives and crispy onions'.... a drizzle of mayo and no chives or onions to be had!!. Overpriced for average food.

Ordered via just-eat last night at 20:20, food didn’t arrive until 22:20 and it was freezing cold. I took one bite of the chicken burger that I ordered and it was raw. This is hy far the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. AVOID!!!!!

I have now ordered from Zaks a fair few times and I am super happy! The consistency of the flavour, the look, the portion size and the quality. Nothing puts me in a worse mood than when I get a takeaway and it's not the same as it was the last time I had it. I don't have to worry about that with Zaks. Also the delivery driver I had tonight was genuinely lovely, super friendly. Asked me for any feed back to make improvements. 5 star service *
