Zero star as they ruined our whole wonderful experience of Glasgow tour. We had a very disappointing experience at Mother India. The restaurant overcharged us, and when we politely raised the issue, the staff was extremely rude and even started shouting instead of resolving the matter. On top of that, the food quality was poor – the garlic dishes and other items were undercooked. Very unprofessional service and unacceptable behavior. Definitely not recommended.

We had such a feast in Mother India! We order so many things so these are my highlights: Delhi Style Lamb (flavorful and meat cooked to perfection), Vegetarian Thali with Dahl, fried aubergines, and the garlic naan. This is also such a cool location: lit by candles and designer furniture. Will try it out again next time I'm in Glasgow

We walked by and got turned on by the smell coming out of that place. It smelled delicious! It was a Saturday night, so we had to wait about 25 minutes for a table, but it was worth it. Some of the most spectacular Indian food we've ever had. We had the Smoked Haddock as an appetizer (delicious) and we got the prawns and the butter chicken all served with basmati rice and garlic naan for main courses. Wow!!! Everything was perfectly cooked, the prawns were fresh and nice and spicy, the chicken was tender and succulent, the sauces were amazing, it was perfection. Service was spot on and if I'm ever in Glasgow again, I'll check out the rest of the menu.

Absolutely bonkers food. Got the Fish Pakora, Butter Chicken, Black Daal and Garlic Naan. Everything was so flavorful and piping hot. I wish we lived in Glasgow so we could enjoy this more frequently.

Good food. Decent portions. Friendly staff. Staff were nice and friendly. Service was quick and efficient. If you are used to portion sizes in English cities you will definitely be impressed with the size of dishes here. Some of the food was excellent, some was ok. The Missi Roti was fantastic. The matar paneer good. The dhal was also good. Rice was ok but bland. If you are on a low salt diet the rice is the dish for you The pricing was really good and overall it was great value for money. Would eat here again

It's kind of a bit into posh style. Very nice interior with old Glasgow pics all around the walls. Cool tables made out of old doors - see pic of beer. Dehli lamb was very tasty. A bit of problem with service. There is so many people serving, that instead of excellence there is a mess. No system at all. They forgot about our nan.

One of the finest Indian meals I’ve ever had. Been twice in the last month. First time was impeccable. Last time the service was all over the show (a constant stream of drinks and meals we didn’t order arriving at the table) but the food was brill as always. The butter chicken is incredible and the lamb with okra is also excellent. You won’t need rice AND naan though! That’s for sure.
