   I am leaving a review on here as Just Eat is not letting me. I ordered last night on Just Eat app and the progress status did not update, was showing as order confirmed and the delivery time at 33 minutes for a long time. For that reason, I cancelled my order. How was I to know they were actually on their way? I received a call and when I first answered, the person didn’t speak. He then called back to say he had arrived and when I answered the door, he said as I had cancelled the order it meant I was not charged, so would need to be paid in cash. I paid by bank transfer as I do not carry cash. I then noticed on my online banking I was charged on the app. I also received an email saying that if I was charged I would not get a refund. I called the man who delivered the order who said he would send me screenshot confirming I had not been charged. I am yet to receive this screenshot. I am not happy about this as i have made a double payment due to miscommunication on someone else’s end. If I don’t receive a response, I will be taking this further.

   £4 for this under cooked regular veg pakora, that's 50p per small pice of pakora........got to be the most expensive kebab shop I've been too , wouldn't have minded as much if it was good but very poor...

   Worst king shish kebab I’ve ever had. Tough as boots lamb, asked for a garlic nan, got a small pitta, must have been an 1/4 of a lettuce leaf for salad

   Once I tried the food it tasted rotten, was a terrible consistency for chicken and left me feeling ill. Wouldn't spend the money for such poor quality food ever again. This only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give any less.

   Very disappointed, food did not taste fresh. The chicken had a weird taste to it and the nan bread was very stale. I phoned to talk about it and got told I can’t get a refund. I now have a sore stomach and not feeling very well. During times like these, it’s pricy buying takeout and you want it to be fresh and edible instead of being like dropping money down a drain. I won’t be back

   Awfull customer service. I ordered 2 large chicken kebabs with onions, peppers and mushrooms, salad and sauce separate. What I got was 2 charcoal burnt kebabs which were miserable, one salad. When I called to speak to manager I was told we r closed I'll sort it next time. YOU WONT AS I WONT ORDER AGAIN, DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE

   One of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had. So disappointing. I never leave reviews but it was so bad I had to say something. Waited forever for the delivery. Can of Diet Coke was missing from the bag. The garlic bread was completely stale. The kebab was super bland, no kick to it at all. It was also just sitting on top of the pitta bread instead of packed into it. Pizza was bad too. I’m trying to think of one good thing to say, but can’t think of anything. I’m hoping it was maybe just a bad night for them and maybe the normal chef is isolating or something because I don’t understand how this place could have a rating of 4 on here. Sorry.
