I ordered in the nan bread was rotten. It was hard. They gave us the wrong nan bread and it was water down curry with hardly a bit of chicken in it the staff on the phone shouting on the phone and saying that we were lying terrible customer service do not buy from , only raised voice bacl because not happy with there attitude waste of £17
Bought chips. Took them back as not cooked full. Guy just said they were hot. I tried to explain that hot and cooked are not the same, they were hard in every bite and undercooked. He grudgingly made more. I said please cook them 1 minute more but he served them. Again undercooked. No wonder this place is in a YouTube review of top 10 Worst in Glasgow.
Good price for decent size and fast waiting time, happy to have it nearby
I normally order online and its always been great i prefer the kebab from here to all the others ive tried and the pizzas are a 10/10 especially for the price
Very good customer service, they go out of their way to get you the right order. Delivery is also very fast. Good food, would order here again.
It’s a takeawa… but in the kind of way that you go after a few drinks. I would not order to be delivered or expect the food to be above mediocre. It’s cheap (ish) and cheerful
I don’t normally bother leaving a review as food is always good enough to not bother, sadly this was the worst takeaway I think I’ve ever had and I am now 40 years old. Cheers
Food cold. Despite living nearby. £1.30 for extra sauce and only 3/4 filed tub. Yesterdays kebab meat by the looks of it. Getting worse. Pizzas are the only safe option from this place. Everything else you risk half your order bot comming or it being lackluster.and even then the pizzas not hot lol. Time to go elsewhere. Armatures.
Done a delivery shift here, offered me drinks and food which was a nice gesture. Staff were friendly could have some banter with them, was a pleasure to work for them, and the manager owner, was a great guy. thanks for having me for a shift.
my experience at bollywood spice was horrendous. my order was left at my door undercooked and cold and when i called to place a complaint i was told to come in store. at my arrival i was given atrocious customer service by staff who were not only rude but refused to give me my order as i said i would be placing a complaint. i will never be ordering from there again due to the lack of respect given by staff as well as the undercooked food.
