    The owner and staff are the loveliest people in Edinburgh: so generous, kind, and thoughtful with all their customers (and not just customers, anyone they see walking past on the street who needs assistance). I cannot count the number of times I've walked past this cafe and seen the owner helping someone out. An Edinburgh food classic. They make the best sandwiches, we won't stop coming here or recommending it :)

    Walked for breakfast whilst my car was getting a new tyre up the road. Saw Big Millers breakfast on the menu ordered that and was a very happy man. Great fry up and lovely music. When I paid the man gave me a free slice of cake which was so great of him. If you’re down this way in need of food he’ll treat you right!

    Absolutely the loveliest staff of any cafe in Edinburgh!! Such a nice guy behind the counter, was super kind to every customer - family run place that you can tell really appreciates their customers! A1 breakfast rolls and tray bakes at incredibly reasonable prices! If you aren’t coming here when in edinburgh, you’re missing out!

    I drove past this place for years and never went in. Went in once and I’m there most days. Best haggis roll in Edinburgh and today I tried there spicy breakfast wrap. Unreal doesn’t fail every time! Very good chat when you go in to 5/5 every time

    Great food and great service! The rate quality/price is really good, amazing Scottish breakfast for 5 pounds and pancakes, quite amazing that it wasn't always full. The man who rules this restaurant is super nice and gave us chocolate for free! Super recommended!
