The staff have an attitude problem and can't even take a order down properly with out mucking it up and giving customers the incorrect order avoid this place should not be opened
Was trying to make an order i asked what's included in the happy meal the girl hung up on . Tried again and they wouldn't answer tried from a different number eventually got through but she hung up on me again. Really bad customer service wouldn't recommend! First time I was ordering from there never again.
Food reasonable price portions are large and food amazing!!! Me and my partner got alot only cost us £23 I was shocked.... Get the meat spring rolls there massive...
Ordered multiple times within the past few months, but just phoned a second ago for a delivery and the guy answered and he was so ignorant wanting me off the phone asap and hung up on me without asking for address or bank details as I was asking for a deliver, so I phoned back and he was just being cheeky and giving me smart answers. But the lady that works the other days is absolutely lovely and the most delightful worker but the man who works there is horrible.
I have only made a rating of 4 stars which would be 5 star if it wasn't down to rudeness of the male that on occasion answers the phone. Very rude tries to slam phone down before you are finished speaking and doesn't pass information onto delivery staff. Apart from this negative, I can't agree enough the young lady is very sweet, polite and upbeat upon taking your order. Food is great always comes piping hot. Delivery staff are great lads too, so big shout to them also. Get rid of the grump and it would be full marks.
Shambles do not order im actually considering walking back up now the arrogant guy on the phone over charged me for the second time I am a loyal customer there like a couple times a week sometimes but never will i be back the customer service when the guy is on is shocking he cant add and over charged me then refused to give me the prices over the phone but said he would send me a menu same as the last time when he over charged me so again no menu so i called back i ask for the prices on the phone he eventually agrees trying to make up a few of the prices for himself which are lies as im looking at one of the new priced menu's anyway his made up prices still with delivery on top did not add up to the price he charged me and instead of solving it and apologising he starts giving me abuse and attitude honestly avoid the food is no worth his attitude and being scammed
Was recommended Mayflower by a friend as I wasn’t impressed one bit with anything else I’d tried locally. Had “Happy Meal” special ( 2 courses £7,50) BBQ ribs were very tasty indeed with a dark liquor sauce you’d happily drink with a straw & the black bean beef main was both generous & authentically delicious! All for £7.50, it’s a no brainer folks! Enough easily to feed 2 adults £9 inc delivery. Wowzer!

It's a Shame because there food is really nice and on a Saturday night seems to be at there best plus that's when the woman is on the phone who is ok where as the guy that serves all week needs taught customer service the attitude is shocking along with the complete dour mood from him whilst trying to order it's all the time and he is completely unhelpful they need to get someone nice to answer the phone with some customer service skills
