   It's my and my kids' favorite restaurant, but the quality has deteriorated. The staff always handle their phones with the same gloves they use to cook. I was shocked when I saw one of the workers take out the trash and then immediately go to prepare my meal, still wearing the same gloves. I just kept quiet and left the meal. Today, I went again, this time with my children, and regretted it for the thousandth time because the employee was rude, as usual. The staff there treat people like they're not human. I asked them for a plate to put my food in, and they told me, "These plates are for us; you can eat from the bag." I told them I ordered food to eat in, not takeout. They are rude, and the place is filthy. I hope the company rehires the employees if they don't want to close down. People have reached their limit of anger with this situation.

   Fries over seasoned Warm cold drinks Upstairs dining area is filthy, dirty windows, food waste all over the floor, chairs were wobbly At no point was a member of staff out from behind the counter or kitchen to check eating areas or bins. Very disappointed with my visit I have been a few times before but after today I will not be returning. Im not sure if this is a franchise or a company store but whoever is in charge of the overall operation of this place needs to get this sorted. To put it bluntly its the worst place for food in the city centre

   food is tiny compared to what you’re paying for, all of the drink machines were just dispensing water. multiple people told the staff and they made no attempt to refill the machine despite it being quiet. 2 girls came into the shop frantically looking for a security guard/ police, but the staff made 0 attempt to call anyone for help the place needs a serious revamp, the cleanliness of the place has been repeatedly poor when i’ve been in

   Place was filthy, food and napkins everywhere. The staff had a carefree persona and didn’t seem to care about the dirty environment. The toilet's looked as if they had sick all over them from days ago. I ordered quesadillas that wasn’t even cut and the drinks are warm. Can’t recommend this place to anyone.

   It's a fast food place. Heard all the hype from across the pond but really nothing much to write home about. Had the the quesadillas which I was very underwhelmed with. No flavour and I know these can be full of flavour and delicious. I don't get what the hype is but it will be a strong pass from me.

   Been here quite few times as the place is halal. The food is nice but nothing that special. The chips however are absolutely amazing- probably the best chips I’ve had from any fast food place. I take absolutely tons of the spicy hot sauce to put on my food as it adds a lot more flavour to it. The pricing for the food is really good and makes it a convenient place to go if you’re not wanting to head to a fancy restaurant in town. Foods also made exceptionally fast. Also a spacious seating area upstairs.

   Amazing Tacos, especially the new lamb one. Staff super hospitable. Good prices and an amazing Mexican beer...lovely evening. Very family or date friendly atmosphere

   A truly awful place. Unpleasant staff members. No smiles or greetings whatsoever. No condiments. The wrap was hot but its content was falling out as it wasn't hot sealed properly. Disgusting state of dining area. Dirty table and a bucket of filthy water dripping from the ceiling took the central stage. Never again!
