   Used to be such a good takeaway after a night at the arches. I’m sorry I went back. Won’t be doing that again. The food was very poor.

   Will never go back. Used to be the best kebab shop in Glasgow. I used to go and buy the chilli sauce in tubs so I could have it with meals at home. Now: Overpriced. Small portions. Terrible sauce. So cold cheese wasn’t even melted. Truly upsetting to see such an amazing place end up like this. Never again.

   Horrible, kebab meat tasted out of date. Guys serving seemed more interesting in arguing with each other than serving customers. Never again all I wanted was a mixed kebab before I went back to my hotel, ended up throwing the whole thing in the bin

   Been going for 20 years. Was ace! Brilliant staff food was excellent and varied. Shut during covid understandably and re-opened and went back to see but to my horror its been gutted. Vastly reduced menu, not even a sarbeni, and the quality has suffered too. Assured its still same management but i doubt it. GUTTED!

   The restaurant should change the side with delivery and payment. I ordered food delivered to my home, it was canceled. I have not received a refund of over £ 30. I ordered the first time and the last one. There are no problems with just eat and the delivery of GURU is hopeless !!! Zero contact despite calling and e-mailing. I do not get poorer and the restaurant does not get rich with such rudeness and appropriation of money. I am probably not the first and the last !! I do not recommend it with all my heart. You don't treat people and your own customers like that. It is very unpleasant when no one answers the call, and the money that has been deducted is not returned to the account. I hope that you come across someone who you do not forgive the situation and report those who take up such matters.This is how you lose customers!that's order number TQ202205021702304878

   Where do I start? My previous review of this place was 5 star and probably one of the best in Glasgow. Now, lucky if it's getting one star. Had the misfortune of going in tonight and walked out with nothing. New owners and it has gone downhill rapidly. Hardly anything apart from kebabs or pizzas which are well overpriced. Sarbenni's which Turquoise was famous for, aren't even listed. Guy in front got a donner kebab and it looked terrible. Sad day for Sarbenni lovers and for Glasgow's kebab lovers. Come back the original owners as this place will be shut in 6 months the way its going.
