Breakfast, Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, went for breakfast was just over £10 a head, nice and relaxed. Had home made banana bread, cinnamon cream cheese, fruit compot and a chai latte. It was superb. An easy recommendation based on my experience.
The hinterland isn't a definite recommendation, but it's not a complete no-go either. The soup of the day was very plain, but with salt and pepper, good. The gluten-free bread that came with the soup was a sweet roll, which takes some getting used to. The staff was also 50/50. Some were very friendly, others were a bit irritated. I hope the Person just had a bad day and feels more relaxed soon…. then special requests, like a dressing for the side salad, will work with a smile. If you appreciate good coffee, you should drink a nice pot of peppermint tea here. The pot for 2 is big and the tea really nice. Many people seem to love it here. Unfortunately, it didn't suit our taste. So if you're here, just decide for yourself.

After two long days of flight delays and missing baggage, we stopped here first to get some breakfast and coffee during our visit to Scotland. The atmosphere and food were both great. We enjoyed our coffee, which helped us recharge! The service was excellent as well.
Fantastic atmosphere, well decorated and tables are laid out well. Service is great and the food is fab. Definitely recommend the coffee, lovely and smooth with just enough bitterness to really bring out the rich flavour (as coffee should be). Thank you for my lovely breakfast!
This is a nice little place looking onto St John’s Kirk right in the centre of Perth. I was in Perth for the day and fancied somewhere decent for coffee and saw this had good reviews. As it turned out, those reviews were spot on! The coffee was very good and I had some broccoli & cauliflower soup too. It was pretty busy but service was attentive and quick, and I didn’t have to wait long at all for the coffee and soup.
Such a great little spot to find along the way on our road through the area. The banana bread was fabulous, the white bread was the fluffiest I’ve ever tasted and everything else was also delicious.
Friendly cafe that serves excellent flat whites and tasty soups and sandwiches , staff were chatty and the placee was busy and had a great vibe to it.
Great little place in the city centre. I went for breakfast and had the flat white a breakfast sandwich with eggs and black pudding and both were huge and delicious. The coffee is definitely dark roast but is good. Dog are allowed in the outdoor seating but not indoors. I’ll definitely be back.
Food was good. Soup ordered by partner and she liked it, the Salmon sandwich I ordered was also really nice. Nice thick bread. Was just let down by the coffee. Both ordered flat whites which were supposedly "the best in Perth". Coffee was burnt and the milk scalded. It was more like an automatic machines attempt at a capacino.
