   Ordered on just eat at 19:43 and it's currently 21:38 and still preparing my order. Fast food? Is it snails making the order. Update It's 21:42 and I get a text saying they have cancelled my order what a joke

   For some reason we always have to wait for drive through orders. Then they are typically wrong. It’s faster for us to drive 10 miles to the next McDonald’s than order here. Shambles!

   Shockingly cold breakfast. I drove in on the way home and got a breakfast. I drove 2 minutes to the house and the food was not even slightly warm. I had to microwave it to make it acceptable. Had I not driven home this would be back for a refund, not replacement as being served this was beyond acceptable. Apparently the manager was in the kitchen this morning. They should take a serious look at their service if that's true.

   Terrible customer service. Ordered via app but McDs put order through different restaurant location. Despite showing "manager" that I had ordered correctly ant the error was McDs he wouldn't give me the £3 food I had ordered. Insisted I had to go through their customer service bot, which was useless, to get a refund, which took 3-4 days, and re-order at his store, which is what I had originally done, to get my food. I love McDs but I will never be back at the Bathgate chain. A "manager" who clearly saw the door was McDs but couldn't authorize £3 of food to be handed over after wasting 50 mins of my lunch hour waiting at click and serve and arguing in store! No thanks

   Waited 45 mins for a simple order, customers from the drive through kept coming in complaining about errors with their orders. Heard someone waiting over an hour for theirs. Kitchen staff kept just ploughing through orders with no one making up or shouting out the orders. Took me ages to get a refund sorted also. Absolute shambles.

   Loads of just east orders going out whilst the general public wait forever to be served. 20 min waiting to place drive through order! Ridiculous.

   Had a wee brake in work, was thinking nip in to MacDonald. Ordered big tasty on its own. Ben told to wait in car park. After 20 minutes waiting gave up. i had to get back to work hungry. that restaurant don't deserve McDonald's logo.

   I order online and every time I do, I don't get the dips I pay for and when my child is upset by a missing ice cream,the driver is never sent back what I paid for. We pay a service charge for what?? Poor service? We pay delivery fees and don't get everything delivered and its such a hassle to get a refund. When the order is late, you dont get a refund for cold food either. They just change the delivery time every 15 min

   A disgrace of a “fast food” restaurant. Multiple times orders have taken over 25 minutes and multiple times orders are wrong. Was in one time waiting 20 mins plus whilst staff danced about the kitchen playing music through their phone.

   No star , this place is a joke staff outside sitting in cars 20 mins wait for mixed up order bottom falling out the happy meals manager refusing to talk regards it food cold attitude ridiculous this place should be closed down un hygienic no hair coverage yet they fiddle about with food l asked for an address to make a complaint and was left waiting for 30 minutes and still no reply from manager half a cup of juice lm definitely not happy with this so called fast foods service at Whitburn, lazy staff ignorant manager bad bad service the worst McDonald's ever stay away from this one folks go to America or somewhere else DISGRACE, ROBERT BAXTER
