   Last night I ordered the turbo-loaded fries and chicken shawarma, and both were absolute bangers! The flavors were amazing and everything tasted super fresh. I was genuinely impressed. Highly recommended, this place is a must-try for great food!

   Was a regular customer here but not anymore wouldn’t recommend ordering food here over the last maybe year or so we order here at least 4 times a month we would sometimes have problems like stuff missing or things not took of the food that we don’t like but the last 2 times have been horrible not only the first time we found hair I called and the sent me more food when I couldn’t even eat it the second time which was the 17th of June we ordered for 2 people half the food was missing so I called the restaurant they said we would send it okay that’s fine if had been at least over an hour as we were eating the other food in both of our loaded fries we found hair my pal and I couldn’t eat anymore of it so we binned all the food even my pal said they tasted off cause we get them all the time to the point she threw up we called the restaurant about it and asked for a refund as we had to bin the food by this time it has been at least and hour and a half since I called about the missing food I asked not to receive the other food and that we found hair and that we had to bin it all the guy asked for a picture but we had already binned the food the so called manager called me and said that they would contact Falkirk eats about my refund to my surprise I receive an email stating that the restaurant isn’t willing to approve ur refund this food cost me over £30 and I have to bin it all so I wasn’t happy the manager then proceeded to argue with me over messages which I have proof of and the customer service and that way he is talking to a customer is absolutely appalling I will never be back and the restaurant has been reported to environmental health as the standards and not being hit save he money and don’t order here

   Food has always been amazing here. The best wings I've had in falkirk and Burgers have always been really good, too. We've gone for the 2-person burger box deal a could times, and smash burgers are really tasty. Milkshakes are really good and made with proper ice cream and not just milk like a lot of places, so they are really thick. Loaded fries were really good to and plenty of toppings, too. The staff are great and have always been happy to help. I would highly recommend Grill Pit to anyone.

   Bought 4x 16" pizzas to feed a horde of teenagers for my son's birthday party. They were delicious and great value. The guys in the shop were really helpful, giving me an accurate time for collection and even some bonus sauces for dipping. Absolute legends.

   I ordered shawarma... There was only meat and wrap... On website stated that it should be lettuce cabbage tomato pickles jalapeno olives... No any of them was in my shawarma... Very disappointed... :(

   First visit here for a pizza, 12” pizza with 4 toppings, £10.40ish I got chicken piri, and spicy chicken with onions, didn’t bother with 4th topping. Verdict, perfectly cooked stone baked base, tomato pizza sauce was juicy and favour filled, cheese was perfect match and nicely balanced chicken was deliciously flavoured. Will be back to try other foods if i can prise myself from getting same again.
