   Awful experience. Purchased buffet meal (normally meaning more than one item) which was what was offered. I requested chow mien and chips and requested curry sauce with this and was told yes that’s fine, charged me and I popped out to give them time to cook. When I arrived back I was told I did not pay for chips are offered in this section and told they were now excluded. Professionally should have been told this before I paid. Was given the bare chow mien for £6 with a vile brown water over the top to get home and find I had no curry sauce which I had been charged for. I called for them to rectify this and only got continuous coughing and sniggering down the phone with no apology from the old woman behind the counter. Horrible service horrible food.

   We get a takeout every now and then as a treat. Last week we decided to get one and our usual takeaway was closed. We had a look online and the reviews for Mr Rice seemed good so we gave it a try. Honestly, I have to say, from the fact that the delivery was fast, the delivery person was wearing a mask (thank you) to then digging into the best takeout we have had... oh my goodness. It was so delicious I dont know how to put it into words. The chicken in my sweet and sour chicken hong kong style was crunchy (even the morning after because the portions are so big i could not finish it). The spring rolls are amazing! My husbands dish was so delicious too, i had to have some. So, long story long, we got takeaway three times last week from them because we became obsessed hahahahaha. Thank you for your delicious food!

   We love Mr Rice! My partner had been going for at least 10 years he thinks and I've been going for about 5 years with him. Never had a complaint, the food is always delicious and the price is great too. The staff remember our orders even if we haven't been for a while. We've taken friends and family for their take outs and they have always enjoyed them too. Best service and food! Gold star!

   Worst food I've ever had. Chicken satay was supposed to have peanut butter in it and there wasn't one drop of peanut butter in it. It was bland and flavorless. The chicken chop suet was flavorless also. Feel ripped off and worst 20 pounds wasted. Don't order from this place. Tasted like cardboard. Tina Westphal

   Best Chinese food in Glasgow! The delivery is always under an hour and they even include free portions of ribs and prawn crackers if you put in a large order, even though their prices are very reasonable already.
