I got the spice 37 special in naan and it was 10/10,I would defo recommend it.the chicken donner isn’t an ordinary one that you can get from every takeaway, it has a different kind of sauce that makes it really good. The staff were very accommodating when it came to delivering my food since I put the wrong address.
Ordered a large Special kebab and they delivered half a kebab, refused to refund. Family all eating their dinner, im now sat waiting for them to deliver a new one. This was over £70 and they wouldn't budge. Awful company
Highly recommended tried last week while visiting family can't recommend enough best kebab we have eaten. Clean shop and friendly staff will be heading over soon for another meal
Do not order from these bunch of clowns. Waited an hour and 45 minutes before calling after seeing on the website that food had been marked delivered, was told by a rude man on the phone that order will be 10 minutes, 30 minutes later still no show. Called again and was told they will send it out now with free drinks which was an insult. The food finally turned up 30minutes later with without the drinks.
I don't really have any complaints about Spice 37, which makes the rating they have surprising. We have never been disappointed except for our first ever order, which was clearly an isolated incident. Since then we have always had great food and service. The delivery drivers especially are so nice. My only minor issue would maybe be the prices, they're not bad, but I wish was a little cheaper. A discount here or there wouldn't go a miss.
Ordered food online for delivery. Money shown as pending in account for balance, however Stated they are having numerous reports of issues with payments not reaching their accounts due to problems with FOODHUB. Could not process the order unless payment made for a second time and stated we should receive a refund for original order (no date given for when this would be processed) This resulted in ordering from a more reliable takeaway. Money then got taken out the following morning. The staff stated a refund would be sent out….. however no refund issues. This has been questioned twice with excuses from staff although it clearly states on their website to to contact the Spice37. The latest excuse was “all other customers have received their refunds so I don’t understand why you haven’t” Foodhub have been zero help. DO NOT USE!!!!
Absolutely lovely place to get takeaway from. Especially if you got an allergy. I’ve got an egg & nut allergy. Phoned up to check what I could eat. They gave me options, kept it separate to everything else and clearly labelled. The food was absolutely delicious from the pizzas to the curries. Even got an extra popadom. I couldn’t praise this place any more. Definitely recommend.
Dreadfully inconsistent, so hit or miss. We used to order often but the exact same curry tastes totally different every other order. Far too oily as well. Also why give the option of a delivery time if you totally ignore it. I have had several pre orders arrive 40 minutes early.
Not from this area so only can try a random take out once but I am very pleased to have found this kebab house got a mix donna on a garlic nan not only was it cheaper then where an from but it was the best I've had the meat is all marinated please just try it you wont be disappointed
