We come to Firats a lot. The food has always been good. Very friendly staff. Always lovely to the kids too. Highly recommend for good quality food.
This takeaway was an absolute disappointment. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were completely unprofessional. They didn’t know how to speak to customers, showed no basic manners, and handled orders with carelessness and attitude. Even for a takeaway, a minimum level of courtesy and efficiency is expected, and this place failed on every level. It was obvious that the staff lack proper training in customer service. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place until serious improvements are made.
Best halloumi wrap in Bristol. Ill travel from Gloucester Road to get it. The lads who run it are super friendly.
I ordered a Margherita pizza. I don't know what sort of bin bag cheese you're using but it was absolutely rubbish, tasted so cheap. I only had one slice. Honestly no better than one of those kids 59p pizzas from farm foods. Use mozzarella on a Margherita.

Always had good food from Firats, their pizzas are probably the best in Yate, they come full of toppings and so tasty! The chicken is great, fries are good and the lamb kebab is decent. The only downside which is quite a small one in my opinion is that they do take quite a while to deliver even when you pick a specific time it can often be late but this is not the biggest issue.
Never had a problem with the food its always great, but my issue is they show food as available on the app when they dont have enough and delivery has gotten alot slower. Never arriving by the time shown
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU LIKE COOKED FOOD!!! just ordered and i have to say it is THE worst kebab i have ever had in my life. Doner meat wasn't cooked and was called a liar when phoned to complain. Had to put a star to put the review up if i could i would give it minus 5
