Food was not fresh was disappointing but the owner has no maners very rude when told them there food was horrible stale and I won’t order again from them with there attitude
Ordered garlic chilli masala, onion bhajis and a garlic naan. All were nice quality and very tasty.
I’ve ordered a lot from here over the past two years. They’ve been my go-to Indian. However, today I received my regular vegetable Korma and it was absolutely vile, tasted burnt ( although it did not look it). Called the takeaway and was told I could have a refund on the Korma. Refund did not appear, so I called again, to be spoken to rudely by an old lady. ‘We’re just a small business’ doesn’t matter, if a client is unhappy you refund. £26 down the drain! Oh, and if you leave a bad review they will call you and hassle you from private mobile numbers! AVOID! They’ve lost a regular customer.
Had a takeaway from Zinga recently and again was very impressed. Ordered through JustEat but the website looks just as easy and maybe a little cheaper? Food was obviously fresh, was hot and delicious. We had the chicken tikka jalfry and the chicken tikka rogan Josh which were both really good. Along with the rice and garlic naan. The vegetable samosas to start were also delicious. I will certainly order again from here!
Have to say the food was lovely and hot with good portion sizes. But it was over an hour late on a Sunday evening (thought it would be quiet) with no apology when we were told it would be 30-40mins- not what you expect when it’s pretty pricey! Also states that you get free delivery over a certain amount and when in a certain area but the guy just said no not in your location; but that’s not what it said on their leaflet. I’m guessing their rules have changed now but a little annoying.
We have had consistently good dishes from Zinga. They’re always absolutely delicious and delivered hot. We’ve recently moved to the area and the food’s miles better than anything we had previously. The staff are also lovely, which is always nice.
Always use zinga and usually no problems, but ordered tonight for my parents anniversary meal and there was no prawns in the special balti so a little disappointing.
Forgot my rice and naan bread, rang then and they re sent, wrong AGAIN! Called them, the man was rude and laughed! Will NOT be ordering from them again. AVOID!
