   When trying to check out a staff member behind the till refused to serve me because they were "not on till and too busy". Fair enough but they then wandered around the shop floor cooing after fashionably dressed female customers, asking if there was anything she could help them with. I got the impression I was unworthy to be a customer her establishment.

   Extremely polite and helpful staff - kindly offered to take my items to the fitting room to free my hands, accommodated my son by offering space for him to sit down while I was trying things on, and provided useful advice, grounding me in my decision regarding the dress I purchased. For once, I wasn't asked where I was from and marked as the 'Other'. Thank you!

   I brought four beautiful mugs from here. They were wrapped beautifully, sadly on our way home down south the handle of the bag gave way and they fell to the floor. Three of the mugs broke, I was gutted as they were so unusual. I rang the store and was put onto the senior store manager Mark. I explained my situation and after sending him a photo of my receipt and broken mugs he very kindly sent me replacements to my home address. Such fantastic customer service from Mark. I will definitely be visiting the store and their online shop in the future. What an amazing store and company

   Terrible customer experience Every time I try to do an online return the system does not create a label or a QR code. This is now happened several times and on this lad occasion despite starting this process a well ago, numerous attempts and several emails to customer services I am still waiting!!! Why is this so problematic and why can’t Anthropologie deal with this better. It’s a terrible customer experience.

   This is my favourite shop, it never disapoints you can always find something you just have to have, I'm tall and I can never find trousers long enough, this place is perect. Also for unique gifts, nice jewellery, books, hair accessories just all sorts of delightful things you can't live without.

   This is my favourite shop in Edinburgh, I have to say. The design of the shop is changed quite often and that makes you want to go again and again to see what is new. I love the fact they are so creative and they also have nice workshops or competitions going on. Their cups and plates are so unique and quirky. Of course I had to buy some. If you are in need of some inspiration I would recommend paying them a visit- either if it is for interior design, clothes or accessories. I can’t wait to go again!
