Ordered from Just Eat. Wasn’t expecting too much to be honest, but the food was really tasty and it arrived hot. Sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein and the mixed sharer were good. I’d order from there again. Food hygiene rating is 5 stars according to Just Eat.
Had an order arranged for a group so took the latest delivery time plus some as thought they would be busy! Called after the latest delivery time and had some very rude lady on the phone that shouted and and said it will be 10-15 mins then hung up the phone and I’m still waiting for our food!! We are now 30 mins after the phone call and still no food!! Party ruined don’t take orders if u can’t handle it
Just moved to the area and had this Chinese our first night. Delicious food!!! Will definitely order again and big portion sizes
WOW what can i say, apart from that's the worst chinese food I've had for atleast 20 years, the chowmein was awfully dry and no chicken in it, sweet n sour sauce was bright orange and tasted of nothing apart from a bit of vinegar, the chicken balls had no taste if you count the 1s that the batter wasn't raw on, even the chicken tasted all wrong, and trust me i work for a Butcher ! absolutely awful food for over £40 and definitely wouldn't recommend or buy from again, very very poor
Omg what a absolute awful experience you use pork mince the cheapest pork product possible and you put it in sweet and sour pork balls really, just like crab and sweetcorn soup but no crab absolutely cheapstake rubbish do not use this takeaway under any circumstances its dreadful misleading and the lowest quality possible on this earth
Awful service. Waited over 2 hours for uber delivery, so long that uber cancelled the order. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with some girl who got hold of their own driver, who was 2 minutes away, but she said he'll be taking the food back as uber cancelled it! Shameful customer service, have spent £100s with this place, and will never use them again.
Food arrived 40 minutes late. Driver was abusive when we said we needed to call the restaurant as the order was cold. Driver said it wasn’t his problem and didn’t have time to wait. Completely dissatisfied in the service. We won’t be using them again and from our experience we highly suggest you don’t either.
Shambles!!! lies lies lies this takeaway blame everything on the Uber drivers ordered food at 8.25pm food arrived at 10.35 pm phoned 3 times and got lied to on each occasion!! How can the food be the drivers problem when it arrives 2 hours late and still is hot. Here’s some advice tell the truth because your food is actually nice but your customer service needs serious work.
Very disappointed as I spent £18 (with a discount!) On: Prawn crackers - dry and no flavour Vegetable spring rolls - greasy and no flavour Thai green curry - not edible; gooey and weird (!) flavour, couldn't eat it.. Chicken satay skewers - chicken dry, otherwise ok
