   Said online that shop is open, went yesterday for a collection. It’s closed. There’s no telephone number and online form takes up to 72hrs to respond. Went back today, note on the door that it’s been flooded. Ok, not their fault but couldn’t a note have been put on the door yesterday? Note on door said click and collect orders will be available when store reopens. Called the number for the store, no response. Later today received an email saying that my order would be cancelled if it wasn’t collected in 3 days… Can’t be at fault for the store closure but poor communication to customers.

   Very good collection of outdoor wear at good price. Visited shop on 4th June 2022 to buy Regatta, settled to buy Craghoppers since both are from same company. The staff on duty was very helpful and guided us to buy the best jacket with water proof and suitable for the climate. Good discount was available, they accepted any international card except Amex. Thankful to staff for suggesting and guiding, will visit again in the future.

   It was a nice shop, they couldn't really give full customer service, I was looking for something very specific however my uniform would appear to be a deterrent and lost the sale, possibly thought I didn't have the cash, oh well, covet around the corner won.

   Went in this shop yesterday and customer service is non existent in this location , when entering this completely dead empty and silent shop with two woman standing at the till , me and my sister got no greeting what so ever , when looking briefly around the store one woman was following me as if I were go to steal something , no one asked me if I needed any help or I was looking for anything in particular WHICH I WAS, but I never bought anything and ended up leaving as this atmosphere made me feel so awkward and unwanted in this store, that literally did not have a single other customer in even though they were 50% off sale ?!? I'll never be going back to store again and I can understand now why the place is ALWAYS empty it's just such a painfully awkward experience. I wouldn't recommend going in to this store, I honestly don't know how they make any money with this shop it's a ghost town
