Always rated the one in fishponds. Bad experience with this one. Food came nearly 40 mins late. Was cold. Doner just wasn’t great, it just didn’t taste fresh. Disappointed. Will stick to the kebab van near me. When you’re spending over £20 for food it’s pretty anoying.
Got a chicken fillet burger and chips delivered. Absolutely disgusting. Had to scrape rotting lettuce off the bun. Whole thing ended up in the bin. Never get food from here again.
Nice kebab. Got a pizza here a while ago and it was really good for a kebab shop pizza. Very surprised. Staff also gave us free drinks which was really nice. Appreciated it and recommend this kebab shop.
Great service and good food! Staff are lovely and very accommodating to needs and requests! Lamb doner is a highlight, wasn't quite so impressed with the Lamb Kofte.. However prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are huge! Service is quick and efficient, they have a great work ethic and system within the team! Have visited twice, high spirited atmosphere and you feel welcome as soon as you go through the door!
Nice enough lads who run the take away. Prices alright. Food quality okay but in-line with prices. Found the chicken kebab quite greasy. Lamb was better
Poor service, prices are advertised cheaper on website yet more is charged upon order. Staff are reluctant to help or fix this issue.
I expected a delay in the order but after over a hour I called to be told its been ready a while but delivery driver has not come to collect it. My husband called again 10 minutes later to be told if you dont want the food I will call my driver to bring it back. My husband just asked if it was on its way or still in the shop as its now 10.10pm! Extremely rude and aggressive response with lots of telling husband if you dont want the food you dont need it. But no mention of refund! Shame asking a question about delivery time warrants this aggressive response. The food was not eaten as it was too late and to be honest looked very dry. The delivery time was stated 50 mins but it was well over that and I think it's best to tell customers if this is going to happen when ordering as they can make a decision if they order or not.
Delivery time was good, food was dire. Kebab meat looked and tasted as though it had been under a heat lamp for hours. First Donor that I have ever not eaten. Will not be going back, shame because I was bloody starving.
