The customer service is excellent they always provide food really quick. Whenever I go to the store I always get the food within 2 mins. I am very impressed with them. They also gave us extra food one day for waiting for 10 mins.
They deserve 0 stars. I got a delivery and they just blame Uber eats for missing items. I called the restaurant but got a very patronising response with incredibly insincere apologies- robotic like (from someone who said there name was Cola).They must be so used to people complaining. When I asked them to arrange delivery of missing items they just tell you to contact Uber eats-completely unsatisfactory. Nobody wants to take responsibility.
I’ve always enjoyed KFC, but recently I’ve had a couple of disappointing experiences with this location. The last time I ordered, I received a chicken leg instead of the tender I paid for. I decided to give the restaurant another chance, but this time my order arrived without the fries I was supposed to get. I don’t really want to drive back just to sort this out, but I hope the restaurant can offer some kind of compensation or at least make sure future orders are correct. It would be great to see more attention to detail, because I usually love the food here.
Decided to go to kfc as we are always missing items from mcdonalds! Just got home with our order from kfc to find an entire meal missing! So have to drive back down there again! Fed up of the poor service at fast food places lately. Will stick with chip shop/Chinese/burger vans from now on, always have a much better meal and service from these places.
Food was ok. Chicken was very dry as if it had been under the heat a while. The whole area was littered with rubbish. Staff just stood around, and 1 member of staff had time to go and buy everyone coffee, but there was no time to clear the seating area. When we entered, there were no other customers, so they were not rushed off their feet. No one spoke , and the staff looked like it was the last place on earth they wanted to be.
Ordered for delivery on the app, missing half the sides, all the dips and drinks. Very disappointed. The food that did arrive was satisfactory.
DIDGUSTING SERVICE Cold drinks in with hot food = Cold food. Would be good to have a separate bag for cold drinks when sending HOT food on a delivery!!! Tried calling, no one answered and call cut off.
Ordered on deliveroo 1 Zinger Box Meal with 1 pc Chicken Regular Fries Pepsi MAX Can 1 Piece Original Recipe Chicken Regular Beans. Deliveroo were excellent the food was awful, Piece of chicken was terrible just bones and the coating was rock hard like it's been stood around all day the Zinger burger was also very dry and over done.
Completely ignored by three staff members whilst waiting in the queue. One staff member was talking about her ability at multitasking. Would have been impressive had she not meant by the way she spoke to colleagues and ignored customers. Thank goodness for subway.
Appalling service. Too busy fulfilling delivery orders to acknowledge or notice actual customers were present. All whilst stating how good they were at multitasking. Left after waiting too long to even be acknowledged, and used Subway instead where the service was infinitely better.
