Raymon was the best server ! he was so kind to us even though we showed up as 15 randomly on a Sunday! he had us all sorted out perfectly the whole time and kept checking in on us! big love
Honestly raymon always makes my experience at nandos so much better. He’s so positive and gives amazing 5* service always making sure we’re satisfied. He always has a smile on his face and makes sure we leave with one too. The food was amazing as always :))))
We really liked the place. The food was delicious and varied, with lots of extra sauces to choose from. It was our first time at Nando’s, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery for us. We’d like to give special thanks to Denis for his friendliness, attention to detail, and openness — greetings to you from a family from Ukraine!
Service was mostly quick apart from one of our meals, a little expensive and the chicken was mildly over cooked, but atleast it wasn’t raw, exactly as you’d expect a Nando’s to be
Nando's never disappoints me. Came back to UK after some time and in the first week itself, tried Nando's. Nothing changed much. The chicken liver is more juicier this time. The fino pitta is good as always. The service was bit slow but went there pick time on Saturday late afternoon. Sides are good as well -- the normal stuff but good taste everytime.
Food came out exceptionally fast. Too fast perhaps? Half of our 15 wings were very dry and didn't seem freshly made to order. The men's toilets are in need of a deep clean and the toilet roll dispenser was broken, with a large centrefeed roll just dumped on the floor next to the toilet. The water machine also had a funky smell, possibly from the drip tray not being emptied. Wouldn't take much effort to fix these but never had the above issues in other stores.
chicken was very tasty. Very quick service even when very busy. The only comments is that the waiting area for takeaway is right in the middle of the entrance and cold. So people were walking on my feet to get past, and also, the main door was broken. I had to push very hard to get it open.
You know what you're getting at nando's, this one's no exception. With easy access to the local shops, not in the normal nando's location as not much in the way of Nightlife, pubs or bars around hence the atmosphere score. Well, that and the broken extractor fan which created a continuous very unpleasant jarring discordant noise.
Food was as consistent as ever, but there was an awful noise coming from the kitchen extraction system that sounded like a burglar alarm going off, so loud we couldn't get out quick enough!!
Despite how busy this restaurant was and an advised waiting time, customer service was brilliant. The team did everything they can to get customers seated ASAP. Food was up to the standard you'd expect from Nandos being fresh and a sufficient portion. Sunset burger, butternut squash + grains salad, garlic bread. Great atmosphere, cleanliness was very good and a friendly team of staff who took good care of customers. Reccomended.
