Chicken Kebab was nicely cooked. Very good sized portion. Chilli sauce was a little bit over power I couldn't taste the tomatoes in the sauce or the other herbs, only 4 stars. I will be trying it again.
My house hold have been placing the same weekly order with this delivery service for a few months, after a few teething troubles with the order being incorrect ( which were always corrected ) things ran smoothly. On our last order two of the delivered item were wrong, when i rang to get these rectified i was told very ubruptly that the order was right and that the issue was with our inability to place an accurate order in the first place, and no correction would be made. This is disgraceful service especialy of a regular and loyal customer. IF YOU INTEND TO USE THIS SERVICE DO NOT PART WITH MONEY UNTILL YOU HAVE CHECKED EVERY ASPECT OF THE DELIVERY!!!!!!
Ordered 18:30 for a 20:00 delivery so they was given plenty of time to prepare and deliver food without any mistake or issue. Usually use charcoal grill 1 but thought this would be ideal for delivery. The delivery was Late by 30 mins and the food was cold, seemed like they prepared the food the moment they got off the phone and left on hot rack until delivery time. Definitely not worth the £37.00 paid as the portions was ridiculously small plenty of salad shame I wasn’t on diet or that would be ideal order!!!!!
The food tasted alright until later on I got severe diarrhoea. They should definitely use gloves because they didn't when they were making my food. Will not buy from here again.
Bad service. Very happy to keep telling you 'oh the driver just left' the third time you've called wondering why your order is an hour late. Decent food but service leaves a lot to be desired.
The worse service ever!!! Completely messed up the order, the guy who served us was severely confused. Could not even understand, and complete a simple task of the food we asked for. We will certainly NOT go there again. We highly recommend to NOT go to that place, as you will experience the same. Gave us too much lamb donor, and very, very little meat, dripping with sauces all over the boxes.
