Ralf was lovely to us after we had a wee bit of a mix up at the drive through. He handled our issue with speed and was very gracious. We love you Ralf!
Cleanest and quickest McDonald's near me, but watch out for the teens near the window, theyll grab your food and be gone with it while youre double checking you had the right number. Staff are always helpful though so my order.was remade. I dont like American cheese and they nearly always get the right which most places never do

We ordered two double quarter pounder burgers for today’s lunch and guess what happened? We only received the bread with cheese and pickles! NO MEAT ! In both burgers!
We decided to get dinner before driving down to Devon. It's the same as every other McDonald's pretty much. The food was what we expected, but the service was very quick.
Ordered through Deliveroo. Placed a very simple order of 2 double cheeseburgers, 6 nuggets and 1 large fries. Received a completely different order, if you can't get this right why are you operating? Additionally the fries were basically cold when they arrived even though the driver was on time...
Completely messed my order up and only got one thing right. Took 20 minutes for the food to be ready. Yes they were busy but doesn't warrant getting a whole order wrong. I feel like a lot of the staff need to stop standing around talking and actually help the ones who are struggling to keep up with orders.
