   I was looking for two specific Nike men’s shoes. I called jd and spoke to an assistant who took the details of shoes. After checking the stock she said they had both, I explained that no all black or very bright colours were acceptable. I drive to Fort Kinnaird and speak to an assistant on shop floor to be told only have them in bright purple. I ask for manager and explain situation, she checks their system, don’t have any of them. I leave thinking I’ll never go back.

   i’ve had to put my review as a 4 star as unfortunately the card machine wasn’t working for the young salesman, who had helped us with 3 pairs of trainers at a busy time. He took us to the till in hopes to fix the card machine issue, in this time another worker managed to serve us. I feel the original worker was so amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful, he’s definitely due a 5 star review! Just was very unfortunate we couldn’t process the whole transaction with him due to technical issues that was out of his hands.

   Hi Terrible staff ( old tall guy) can you ask your management to teach him customer service course I am a customer service advisor I speak 5 different languages I learned first contact with customer is smile and greetings

   I never want to visit this shop as the customer service is absolutely non existent. I think the criteria for getting a job is as follows: 1. I have no interest in serving customers or even acknowledging their existence. 2. I would prefer to stand around with my mates and have a laugh all day while all around me is chaos e.g. the stock is a mess, the queue is a mile long and customers are wandering about looking lost. If you answer yes to both questions above... welcome on board!! Unfortunately my daughter wanted to buy something in so I reluctantly followed. She chose a top (overpriced of course) but when standing in the horrendous queue we noticed the top was absolutely covered in yellow/brown sweat stains. YUCK!!! Somebody had clearly been wearing it for a considerable amount of time before returning it and it had been accepted like that.

   Terrible staff. Cold, indifferent and not even pointing out mirrors when asked. Not sure why there are there. Shoes are nice but Wouldn’t want to visit again. You are losing business because of terrible service.

   Excellent customer service from very knowledgeable staff. Quick to ask if they can help, aware of stock levels and very pleasant. Store was spotlessly clean, masks being worn, plenty of light and space. Merchandise well laid out and easy to find the right area for kids, juniors etc.
