Great place for breakfast or lunch, lots of choice on the menu and open early in the morning. Meals are always fresh and hot with good quality products.
Popped in earlier, nice friendly owner and staff lovely menu, good variety of things, ordered a breaky wrap really good and tasty like, highly reccomend it! Defo return. Plenty parking spots
Myself, friends, and family have all been going here for years now. The lady who answers the phone and the man who cooks are always really nice and friendly. The food is always really good and well priced for what it is. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for good cafe food or simple rolls. I can't understand any of the negative reviews.
Got a roll from here on Saturday that had dry chicken and it was almost rock solid and extremely inedible. The chicken was 100% old chicken and been lying there for a while. Disgusting would not recommend, so unhygienic don’t know how on earth they pass health and safety food standards.. Called to let them know, to give them a chance to fix it and was told to eat elsewhere and hung up. Wasn’t offered a replacement or refund. Stay clear! Edit: The owner has claimed its fabricated review and the photo of the food is not from them, please see phonecall of order below. How stupid do you have to be to only assume a person will leave a review the same day? Ordered and got food on saturday and left review on Sunday…
Gourmet Cafe has the most reasonably priced and delicious breakfast food in a wide area. In addition to their breakfast rolls, I would also highly recommend their burgers also which are always cooked freshly to order. Welcoming staff and a warm atmosphere I makes this place all the more special. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
