   Placed an order and over 90 minutes later was still awaiting the arrival of the order, now, I live a 4 minutes drive from the shop, tried to phone, couldn't hear me due to a bad line (not the 1st time this has happened I've previously had issues when trying to order over the phone and ended up hanging up and ordering elsewhere) got in touch with online service who told me that the driver forgot to collect my order to deliver and I'd wondered if they would have noticed at any point that my order wasn't delivered, needless to say, they've just lost me as a long time customer, been using The Kebab Shop for years but recently standards have dropped massively. Used to be satisfied with the food and service and the poor service has ended it for me, order elsewhere, you definitely won't get a delivery of your order nor will you get a service on the phone.

   Ordered 2 hoagie boxes, both meant to have chicken donner which none did, “spicey chips” tasted like cinnamon, jalapeño mozzarella sticks never had any jalapenos exact same as the normal ones, onion rings were just pish. Best thing about it was the wrap

   prompt delivery,large potions reasonable prices, the south indian chilli garlic chicken was excellent!, crammed full with delicious tender chicken with a lovely tasty sauce, pakora also very good, would highly recommend The Kebab shop

   Got to say ,by far and away the best takeaway in the southside .I've eaten several dishes from here.the meal deals are exceptional.The kebab meat is super tasty.I usually get the mixed donner loaded fries ,it's a massive portion. The really hungry pizza deal is also a favourite. The food is quality,the staff are great ,delivery is quick and value for money is brilliant.

   Got a large munchie box and the pakora was stale, the chicken tikka was dry and the chicken chatt had a funky smell. The salad was nice and fresh and donnor meat was nice but was quite disappointed overall

   Ordered a large veggie pizza and 'loaded' nachos. The pizza was tasty but too dry as there was not enough cheese. The nachos were a total rip off!! A half bag of doritos with some spice on them and a tiny cheese dip for £4.50, worst ever. I have ordered from them twice before and it was nice but this time has put me off and won't be back.
