So frustrating. Ordered on uber eats; then wasn’t updated from the app, then recieved wrong order. Rang the restaurant immediately, was told it was going to be picked up in 2 minutes, then 4 minutes then ten minutes, then someone came and swapped the bags. We again got the wrong thing!! So upset.

Very bad service! I ordered on deliveroo and never received my food, called them twice to know where my order was as I couldn’t track the driver and on the third call they answered saying that they were taking it back as I ‘didn’t answer’ when they called me. I had no calls on my call log and the order was ‘still arriving’ hours after I ordered. Many people have had this same experience, however I did not check google reviews before deciding to order from this place so take this into consideration.

Extremely bad experience. Ordered from them with Uber eats and waited for an hour for it to arrive. Contacted them and said they were just leaving the restaurant. Waited another 30mins and nothing. Called them again and they after much discussion realised they missed my order and would take another hour so they cancelled my order and won't give me a refund!! So I basically paid for a meal that never existed. Extremely bad service.

Was unable to place an order online, phoned up to see if they could help me (at 6.20pm). They answered the phone with an inaudible greeting, I spoke and said that the app would not let me proceed with my order, she said that she could not hear me, so I repeated that I tried to put an online order through, but it said that no orders can be taken at this time, I asked if they had any drivers available for delivery. She said no sorry, and then she hung up without saying goodbye or anything. I didn't realise and I continued to explain how the error message shows after you complete the order.. but she had already hung up on me. Utterly rude. Frustrating way of managing the website if it let's you proceed right until payment. Why can they not flag a notice that they cannot take orders at the moment due to staffing issues. Shown as available online. I was a first time customer. Will not be using them in the future.
