   Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff this evening, ordered two krushems costing me nearly £8 tasted of nothing. The person who made it had an absolutely disgusting attitude and made it abundantly clear he didn't want to be working and judging by most of them behind the counter clearly not interested in doing the job they are paid to do! Especially slamming drinks down on the counter. Took the krushems back and met with disbelief the fact they tasted of nothing supervisor denied me a refund and told the kid to make it again and just stood there and muttered something before he walked off, next time whoever that was best get yourself down the job centre you would be sacked if you worked for me. From someone who is in hospitality myself Im fully aware of brand standards of products and how they should be served and how to conduct yourself. Absolutely disgusting needs a right good shake up if your looking for food on thr way through avoid at all costs especially after that episode!

   Ordered from Uber Eats. Clearly unable to tell the difference between 2 pots of mash, instead they gave me gravy and beans. lovely cheers totally wanted that.

   My son made two orders today using your self-service kiosk, but he didn't receive a receipt either time, so he assumed the payment hadn't gone through and went to Burger King instead. Later, we checked the bank card and saw that both payments had been charged, but he never received the food. Could you please look into this and let us know how to proceed with a refund?    Worst kfc I've ever had was cold over cooked. The fillet burger was just thrown in the BOX with more mayo in the box than on the bun had 2 bites of the burger and couldn't eat it, only thing I ate was the 2 hot wings £9 for 2 hot wings in the end as the rest was inedible.

   ridiculous. why did i wait over an hour for one boneless banquet meal? one person getting the orders ready. no drinks just fizzy so had to get water. when i came to the till he said there was no corn on the cob what else would you like i literally could not hear him at all but cool. so i said give me anything and i ended up with more fries and gravy which was fine. fries tasted awful tho prefer mcdonald’s

   29/06/2021 Firstly.... 3 / 4 touch screen order machines were not working as there was a connection fault to the printer..... took a very long time for orders to be ready especially considering they were receiving 1 at a time......... I ordered BBQ chicken bites and got Stone cold Chilli bites...... Are the staff unable to read... The chicken was also cold and my main piece of chicken had hardly any meat on it..... photo attached. I will say I have eaten here before and it was loads better than today order.....
