   I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered arancini and large fries and had to wait far too long for a simple order. As an employee at another Leon branch, I asked for an employee discount and showed both my staff ID and the app, but was told it wasn’t accepted – which was surprising and disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the place was below standard – the floor was dirty, and I noticed staff handling food without gloves. As someone who knows Leon’s usual standards from the inside, I was honestly shocked. The fries I received were soggy and nowhere near the quality we aim to deliver in our own branch. This location seriously needs to work on its management, hygiene, and consistency in food quality. I ex

   The food at Leon looked fancy, but it was overpriced and bland. The "kimchi" they served was basically just coleslaw with chili. The fries weren’t crispy, and the mustard dressing was the only thing I could actually taste in the burger. Definitely not worth the price. I'm not coming back.

   Firstly it's nearly twice the price of the adjoining McDonalds so I expected much better food. How wrong was I. I had the Crispy Korean Chicken Wrap. Chicken was dry and definitely not crispy. Wrap was hard and stale. Salad was old and wilted but it was definitely Korean Sauce as there was tons of it on there. The waffle fry things were soggy and chewy. Staff were friendly and were kind enough to write me a hand receipt as their printer was working. I won't be eating at a Leon again. I'm just glad I can claim in back on subsistence expenses or I'd be devastated at spending £12 on that.
