   Worst place to shop. Yesterday me and my friend came at store to buy trainers we liked and we wanted to buy but thought to compare different sizes. A tall guy with really rude attitude was serving us when we asked, do you have another size in the shoe he just took trainer and went away and gave us a look. We kept waiting for the shoe but no one came. Worst experience ever.

   Strange concept - it's a rather tiny store with a totally different selection of shoes than the JD Sports store at St James Quarter. At the store here, I couldn't see any Hoka sneakers at all - but they had some NB shoes I didn't see at St James Quarter. It would be really nice if JD Sports was able to provide the full range in one location!

   I visited this store to buy a pair of shoes. After finding a style we liked, we asked for a size 10, but the staff said only size 11 was available. We agreed to take the 11 and waited 20–30 minutes, only to be given a single left shoe. We obviously asked for the right shoe too, but after another 15–20 minutes, we were told it couldn’t be found. We then asked for the same shoe in a different colour, but the manager refused, without much explanation or empathy. The staff genuinely tried their best, but the store is clearly understaffed and disorganised. The manager’s attitude was disappointing—no effort to offer alternatives or even a polite apology. We passed several stores to get here and ended up wasting over an hour for nothing. Not the experience we expected. A little courtesy and better management could’ve made all the difference.

   Good store. Inept staff. Turned up with half an hour before store closure, with about 5 other families. Staff just chatting amongst themselves. After getting the right size for my son (standard procedure one would think), the girl did not know I was directly behind her, to then hear her bad mouth my wife for requesting the right fit. Entitled.

   Limited selection of items and even more limited in sizes. Hangers on jerseys don't all reflect the correct size so be sure to double check. Staff never once approached. Some just standing around on their phones. So you're on your own.

   Went for the black Friday sale. But there were hardly any good shoes. The sales assistant was so annoying, the minute I tried both the shoes she started asking me if I'm buying these and won't leave my side. There wasn't even space for me to talk to my friends and make a decision and I honestly didn't like it. Is the store that untrustworthy towards it's customers. And look at their collection those were the only choices in Adidas. I mean if you are that big of a store get some range of products atleast
