   Really disappointed my daughter and I had great things about this store. We made an appointment as when we were in the shop the previous week we were told we wouldn’t be seen without an appointment. Lady in front of us today did not have an appointment!!! Asked for school shoes for 5yr old oh yes there’s plenty but most reserved and on show..it looks like they have a lot of brands but the shoes are not for sale they are other customers. Left the shop disheartened went to Clarkes as always helpful staff and enough shoes without having to pretend they have more than they have
