   Customers service quality is very poor I wend to pickup my soon shoes which been preordered it’s take while to get it On their website said shop open from 9 am, but they opened Shop at 9:20 I tried order another pair for my daughter But staff are not very much happy to Assist to order probably at morning time their mood is not get ready for customer service yet?

   If I could put zero stars I would. I got my daughter school shoes just before school started and in bottom of the shoe is coming off already. Took them back and was refused a refund. Waste of money they are and would never buy there again. Staff are also so rude

   Really helpful and patient service, buying shoes for a toddler. Someone at the front briefly broke off (politely) from a conversation to make sure we were seen quickly. Refreshing lack of a hard sell, and we were very happy with our purchases.

   Incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service my 81 year old Dad received when we visited yesterday morning. We were met with a smile from a sales associate called Charly. This member of staff went above and beyond with my Dad, who was looking for a comfortable yet lightweight pair of every day shows for summer. He listened to Dad; he used eye contact and open body language; and Dad felt comfortable enough with him that he even allowed Charly to measure his foot size. Charly then brought various pairs of footwear out and explained to Dad at every stage why certain shoes fitted and others didn’t. My Dad found him to be reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly, all of which helped Dad choose a pair of shoes. I was also impressed with the Store Manager Katherine. Her customer service was also exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them; very unusual and gratefully received these days in retail! I look forward to visiting the store again when either Dad or myself are looking for footwear.

   Amazing service for kids shoes. The staff were amazing and were great with the kids. We had some issues with a pair, they took them back without any issues and offer an alternative. All with a smile and no queues.

   Have been buying work shoes from Clark's for years a d they never let you down. Like that the leather is soft, no breaking your feet, breaking them in.
