   We've been going here since our 4 year old got her first shoes, and now go with our 18 month year old. The staff are super friendly, helpful and always great with our kids. They are always great at making recommendations and suggesting alternative shoes if they don't have the ones we were thinking about. I can only recommend this place to everyone, even just for the mini train that goes round the wall and keeps the kids entertained.

   The best kids shoe store! Wonderful selection of shoes ranging from barefoot to more typical. Kids left wearing their new shoes. And the oldest said his Bobux barefoot are so comfortable it feels like he is only wearing socks.

The staff were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help me find the correct size and the right shoe for my little one.    We have been coming down to Maddie & Mark’s from Perth to buy shoes for our toddler as I think they’ve got great customer service, a very good selection of styles and colours to suit everyone and I feel that they fit much better than other high street brands. I like the little fitting card you get each time and the loyalty stamps are an added bonus. I highly recommend M&Ms.

   I had an appointment this morning for my 2 year old son and it reminded me of what a great shop they are. The person who served us was so lovely, and fantastic with my son - she really knew how to interact with children. She was excellent at doing the fittings, etc, and seemed so knowledgable. I live in trinity so it’s a bit of a trek up to the shop, but it’s so worth it in my opinion.

   Another great experience at Maddie & Marks with the kids (aged 2 and 5). Everyone (including me!) happily kitted out with what they needed - trainers, school shoes, new shoes and Saltwater sandals in one walk in fitting. We've always had great experiences and been really pleased all the footwear. No sore feet and plenty of growing room. Getting the right fit has saved us expensive and wasteful mistakes. Thanks team!

   This is the only baby shoe shop I have ever been with my 16 month old son. We went there 3 times, first time got his first pre-walker shoes, second time we were told he was not ready for new shoes and third time we got his first winter boots. First class service every time, really impressed they put child’s best interest first before sales. Last time my son was crying when he entered the shop cos of stranger anxiety, but he was put at ease and calmed first (the toys there helped) before doing the measurements and trying on new shoes which made the whole experience enjoyable. Also going there at week day helped as it’s much quieter then.
