I think they have a no eye contact rule that n this shop. Went in, shop empty apart from two assistants who tried their best to avoid any interaction. Will buy elsewhere.
I wanted to leave feedback using the QR code I was given by Hannah but it's not working. Can you please thank her for her customer service? She was quick to build rapport with my daughter and displayed confidence and knowledge about the various shows we tried on. Please do thank her. My daughter is very introverted but she was relaxed with Hannah which says it all.
very poor customer service, we went to the store 2 staff members at the front one must have been either team leader or manager were having fun we said hi but no response we wonder around but couldnt get any attention so just left again no bye too they make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome , there was lady with kids she just got that look to go away she ask them for help but he just looked at her and told her there is no sizes she’s looking for , she just left ! so parents if you looking for good service and making sure kids love shoes shopping there is MADDIE AND MARK SHOP THEY ARE AWESOME AND KIDS GOING TO LOVE THIS EXPERIENCE at schuh they making kids unwelcome and parents even more
I recently visited this store to purchase a pair of New Balance shoes, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made it feel like they had no interest in helping customers or making a sale. Despite the poor service, I still went ahead and bought a pair of shoes. When I got home, I was shocked to find that they had given me two different sizes. I contacted the store and was told to return the shoes. When I went back, the same staff member who made the mistake was there but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the error at all. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall.

Popped in to collect an order for the other half. She had ordered some trainers for her 17yo soon to be an adult. After identifying a member of staff, who then went off to collect the order, I spent my waiting time looking for "please pay here", which was a challenge. Anyways, shoe collector appeared and took me to the till...which was kind of camouflaged. I paid and left, after checking we had two shoes of the same size. Staff were great, polite and speedy.
I was in store in gyle there was one girl doing other stuff it was like an effort to serve us .....had to order what I wanted online so if they get commission too bad I spent 380 online
Son took back trainers he'd had for 2 wks. Rain caused colour to run. Schuh refused to accept a return.
Good range of products very helpful staff. Like it a lot.
