   Was made most welcome with a greeting when first walked into the Dunfermline store .A gentleman called Barney hope that's correct put me at ease and asked what I was looking for. I have wide feet but he said he would find something to suit.He was very friendly the store didn't have the shoe I selected he searched the shoes online and ordered them.what was good he measured my feet so we could get the best fit well done ,I will definitely use clarks again and would recommend this store

   Fantastic experience today getting our son his first pair of shoes. Everyone in the shop was so lovely and warm. Josie went above and beyond to help us get the right shoes and made him feel so at ease. Customer service was 10/10, we’ll be back for his next pair soon!

   I had no idea you had to book an appointment and although allowed to wait the assistant at the door came across as rude telling me that if anyone came in with an appointment they would be seen first. Also staff walking around with only visors are protecting nobody. The girl who measured my Grandsons feet was lovely and professional. I understand why they aren't putting the children's feet in the shoes and are still checking they fit correctly after on. Our sales Assistan, Phoebe, had a mask and visor on unlike her colleagues and was fantastic with the boys. Could you maybe put seats together for families as easier when attending with more than one child.

   Very helpful staff who knew their stock. Always have a good choice of styles and can offer options and alternatives or order items for you. Very happy with quality of goods and service. Unsculptured range is a bit more expensive but so worth it, especially good if they are in the sale.
