Food is delicious. I've spent alot of time in India so am quite picky and would definitely recommend pan master
Placed an order and got a call around 30 minutes later, to say that the delivery would be late (which was fine, glad to be notified) nearly 2 hours passed in total, no sign of delivery, requested updates through Uber, they were ignored, finally, the resteraunt picked up the phone (after a few unsuccessful attempts) to advise the delivery drivers car had broken down. Understand that these things happen, but to be told there was a delay initially, to then waiting 2 hours, and then having to call myself to be told the order would be cancelled is a bit ridiculous. Can see another review has said similar, so just be wary.
I was dubious at first because the only place I’ve ever ordered from is tale of spice. Which I’ve never ever had a bad meal from tale of spice. So for a change we chose pan master absolutely 10/10 for us. 1 thing that sold it for me for is the way the keema naan came along side the mango chutney absolutely superb. Thank you
We waited over an hour and a half for our food. When it was delivered we were missing stuff and had wrong items. This was very disappointing considering we’d already waited so long. Struggled to get in contact with the restaurant. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately
Since moving to Trowbridge, we have ordered a couple of takeaways from Cinnamon Lounge. The food is DELICIOUS, and as an allergy suffer, takeaway restaurants are typically very bad at ensuring the food is safe. Each time I have called, they have taken the utmost care to ensure that my meal is gluten-free, and provided me with all necessary allergy details. A great place to eat, thanks guys!
The first day of an Easter holiday, a night in together with a takeaway. We used just eat to order from here, of what a mistake. The delivery time was estimated to be 25 to 45 minutes; estimate time was 1955. At 2020 I phoned to speak to a very confused man, eventually he told me the delivery must be out. 20 min later I phone again, again they were sorry and it's on its way. At 2150 I contacted just eat, they tried phoning and couldn't get through. I asked if they would cancel, they said they could but only refund 50%!! I explained i had no food, why should I pay anything? Now over 2hrs since ordering. After much discussion with just eat they would do nothing to help!!!!! Eventually, a man arrived at the door, I asked why so long, he just said we're busy. When I mentioned I ordered at 19:00 and was told 19:55 he was shocked, looked at his watch to see it was 2120 and walked away. We phoned the restaurant again, they said they would authorise a refund... I'm very grateful for this and this does go to show the commitment to customer service. I just hope it appears. It's incredible the affect the use of a takeaway service can have on a night in with your partner, make it or break it. This night it was the latter.
This is by far the best biryani I have tried in trowbridge. Home made like pickle was delicious. Great friendly staff, not to demanding or constantly bothering you. Clean, peaceful and ideal for a nice romantic meal. Will be eating there again.
