Saturday Morning visit, store untidy lack of staff, clothes so tight of the rails difficult to see and get the correct size out. Changing rooms dirty & dusty, no staff around. Very disappointing visit, perhaps more staff required.
Nice and clean store wide aisles for easy moving around. Clothes and accessories all nice and tidily presented. Went in for kids clothes which is upstairs. There's a marked difference of the quantity difference between girls and boys. Girls have loads to choose from over a lot of floor area whereas boys have pretty drab colour choices and only a small offering. Companies should know that boys like to wear oranges, greens, yellows and purples for example, as well as traditional blues!
Great visit and l got some lovely and great priced clothes for an 8 year old girl. The till girl was held back by someone who wanted to pay using the phone at the till point. After a few minutes there were seven people waiting to be served. We git to the til and another person arrived to serve at another till. This helped to speed things up. I felt sorry for the young girl who had,to guide someone on what to do with a phone purchase they were making. She did so well but it took time.
I think it's more for the young and you will find clothes that are true to size it was actually my daughter who was making the purchase. I personally like their casual wear prices are good and staff are helpful.
Rude staff, in men's section two staff members standing at the till advised us to go down stairs to main till area to pay. One young guy serving struggling with his current order and a growing queue. Another young lass came over to help serve but stood at the till for a few moments before calling anyone over. Two people in front of me put there stuff back and left. Maybe the two upstairs should have been more observant of their surroundings and people wouldn't leave unsatisfied
