   Visited this restaurant two weeks ago while in Bristol. The food was alright. The dal makhni was great and worth a try. Sadly, the service was really poor. The staff didn’t seem interested in customers, and the person serving us looked annoyed when we called him over. Wouldn’t go back or recommend it based on service. We didn’t reserve the table.    Very big restaurant. It was a bit of a factory experience really as is typical of big venues. No warm greeting, sat down, menus, order, eat leave, no thanks and goodbyes. The food was OK, we were recommended to go here, but I wish we had gone to a smaller place. The staff were rushing about and no real experience, just in, eat, go. Food standard was just average, nothing outstanding, or memorable.

   We came here after reading a few recommendations, and they were absolutely right! We had the vegetable pakora and the lamb chops for starters, paneer chilli masala, lamb five jewels, pilau rice and kulcha nann. It was all very fresh and super flavourful, the meat was tender, can't fault this meal. Plenty of choice for both carnivores and vegetarians. Friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back!

   Down a star because I was presented the bill only 5 minutes after I finished my main course. I was also presented the card machine while I was briefly on the phone with someone and still finishing one of my drinks. I would understand if it was because the restaurant was very busy, but it was not. The food itself was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It is priced appropriately for what is served.

   Had a groupon voucher to use from a friend. It was for 4 people so took a couple of close friends. What seemed to be a bit of an iffy start ie they didn’t seem to know what the voucher entitled us to/manager had to get involved etc, we were all amazed by the food, service, ambiance etc. Also was wonderfully air conditioned in the 35 degree heat. Our server was Mahi Paresh. She was very polite and accommodating making sure we had what we wanted when we wanted it. She waited til we finished each course before clearing the table which is how we like it. The restaurant celebrated 11 years this year. I’ve always wanted to try there but never got around to it. It’s a shame as it’s really is a lovely place. The voucher has changed that! It was a set menu which meant we got to try food that we wouldn’t have normally ordered which was delicious. And we were STUFFED by the end! We look forward to returning. Hopefully in the not to distant future!

   Excellent food and service. Lovely presentation and food full of flavour.. 5* dining . What a lovely night we had at this restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, prompt and polite service, clean and professional friendly environment. Absolutely loved it, the food was just a m a z i n g!!!

   Excellent food and service. Lovely presentation and food full of flavour. Cobra on tap. Our waiter, Javed, was exceptional. The only slight negative was that the food wasn't spicy enough despite asking for their hottest chillies (but this is personal taste). 5* dining for decent prices
