It’s always a little daunting to order from a company that you’ve never heard of before but the goods ordered, service received and promptness of delivery was exceptional! Cannot recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

Customer service is truly awful. Order not posted until 8 days after I ordered, received 10 days from order date and Susan who is in charge blamed Royal Mail and ignored my emails. Would not recommend, very unreliable and incompetent

I ordered a jacket from this company and paid £2 more than standard retail price for the jacket (£2), and £9.99 to have it delivered by Royal Mail First Class tracked. Spoiled Brat sent me the wrong jacket, and then, sent the item 6 days later! I paid for Next Day Delivery ! So I informed the company and opened a paypal dispute because I never heard back. In the paypal dispute, they gave me a tracking number for HERMES and did not respond to any of my questions as to why it was late, and why I was sent the wrong item. I then emailed the company for the 3rd time, who the owner, Susan Irwin, then stated she had sent me an email before "and it could have gone in my SPAM box". No, I never received anything. The owner then apologised and said she would refund me, and provided me with a free returns label. Cleverly, the company have a "you need to upgrade this with a tracking number " as we cannot refund any items without a tracking number policy. She was clever enough not to clearly state this in her emails! So now, I am £41 short because the company sent me the wrong item, and that too delivered the item late. And, they refused to offer me a full refund because "they didn't receive the item". Not my fault Susan - you offered me a free returns label! How do I even know that they didn't receive it? I am so disgusted with the ethics of this company and i highly warn everyone else to stay away. I thought they would have atleast refunded out of kind gesture, seeing as the mistake was THEIRS and not mine. I have now lodged a complaint with Consumer Rights and the Retailer Ombudsmen.
