   Unfortunately the parade pharmacy is under new owners and I've been let down twice now the Frist time I went to pick up my prescription on a Friday morning which was ready for collection but because there was no chemist on the site I couldn't give me my prescription and asked me to come back later when there was a chemist on site and the second time they have run out of my prescription telling me that they would have to order it in when the in The old owner never ran out of any prescriptions not unless it was new to the market very bad show so if you need a prescription order it 14 days before ????

   Really unhelpful, judgemental and unkind. I have known this chemist for decades, but the staff on duty on Saturday were the worst experience I have ever had in a chemist. Would leave zero stars if an option.

   The pharmacists and staff are amazing- kind and empathetic. They really do care. When I was first diagnosed as T1D they would regularly call to check in with advice and support. Never get my prescriptions wrong- unlike GP. Always there to help and problem solve. Best pharmacy.
