“Suffering from a blocked ear due to excessive ear wax, was keen to get this issue resolved as was restricting my hearing. Tried several big brand local hearing centres, but the wait was too long and prices were not favourable. GP was also fully booked and was told to call at 8am to get an appointment which is a joke. Sit there for 25+ minutes only to be told there's no appointments. Was also advised the next clinic would be in 2 weeks, if I could even get an appointment at 8am the next day! Desperate, I resorted to Google to find someone who could do microsuction, locally. Was surprised to find this place as did not know it existed. Was delighted to see there was no wait, and could get an appointment on the same day with a variety of time slots. Rang to find out some more information, staff member was very helpful, and moreso when I got there and couldn't find the place. The pharmacist came outside to locate me ☺️. The lady was very helpful, went through the safety questions and then took photos of the inside of my ears, which she shared with me and explained yes, my ears were pretty badly blocked. She performed the microsuction and even gave aftercare advice. Really impressed with the staff, process and service. Would highly recommend this clinic.”

“A huge thanks to Mehul at Caspian Seagull travel for organising such a great holiday at short notice. We were stranded at Gatwick having had our flight to Madeira cancelled just before boarding and no alternative bring offered by BA for several days. I contacted Mehul who calmly and efficiently secured us flights to Tenerife the next day and held them whilst we looked together at hotel options. He had to make sure the hotel was suitable for my 91 year old mother in law with mobility issues as well as being good enough for us! Not easy with very little availability but he found us a great option which we are enjoying very much. He even phoned the hotel to check they were putting us in suitable rooms. “I was booked in with Boots in Uxbridge for a rabies jab today, the first of 3. The booking has been in place for 3 weeks and I have been waiting my turn. This morning I got a cancellation due to staff sickness. They gave me a number to ring which turned out to be their deliveries hub and when I rang Boots the store and chose option 3 for the pharmacy I was greedted with a message saying that they were too busy to take my call. Please call back and they hung up. I tried 4 times without success. Having planned my working week around today I then set about trying to find somewhere to get this done today. My first call was to Garners also knows as The Uxbridge Travel Clinic and they said they could fit me in today as long as I did not turn up between 1pm and 2pm which was no doubt lunch time I got there about 1420, paid to park just outside and went in After about a minute I was asked to fill out a form and then asked to sit in a cubicle where I was joined by a member of staff The injecion was given efficiently and the whole procedure took may be less than 15 minutes I was very impressed by the whole thing and will go back for Rabies part two next week I can whole heartedly recommend this pharmacy”

“Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad.
