   Great place for a suit and clothing and homewards. Staff are brilliant. 1 girl helped me pick out suit for a fu eral and another lady helped me by applying a discount savings me £30. Highly recommend this place.

   Absolutely shocking service, went to pay for a suitcase at the tills 14:55 today and the cashier Silva took the suitcase from us, which was great... then which I guess is a team leader (think Megan was her name) took a female over to Silvia and asked for her to deal with another customer and totally disregarded us a paying customer, we waited a few minutes and had to ask the team leader to give us the case and had to go through the case ourselves to find a pricetag and scan through a self checkout. Absolutely shocking service, and even worse customer care. I would give 0 stars if that was a choice.

   This used to be a good local store but it has gone massively down hill, understaffed, been in a few times in the last few months and literally no one on the floor and just the one member of staff who is manning the check out. Also most check outs are self check out style now too. Almost always don't have any sizes and no one to ask to check the stock as no staff, the quality and variety of clothing is diabolical now. Always come out empty handed where as before I actually liked the store & clothes. Prob time to invest in the store & staff or accept its on its last legs.
