   Google states the pharmacy is open 24 hours and but it’s not. The pharmacy must keep all its information up to date and do not cause inconvenience for patients!!!

   **Disappointed After 20 Years of Loyalty** I've been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over 20 years, and until recently, I had no reason to complain. Lately, due to my father and grandmother’s declining health, I’ve had to rely on them more frequently. Unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I called the pharmacy at 5:52 PM—just 8 minutes before closing—to let them know I was on my way to collect an urgent prescription for my elderly grandmother. I clearly explained the importance of the medication and that I would arrive by 6 PM. The response I received was indifferent at best: “If you’re not here by 6, we’ll be gone.” I rushed over and arrived at 5:58 PM, only to find them already shutting the shutters. I pleaded with them, reminding them of my call and the urgency of the situation, but they simply ignored me. There was no empathy, no willingness to help—just a cold dismissal. It’s incredibly disheartening to be treated this way, especially after two decades of trust and support. I understand closing times are there for a reason, but a little compassion and flexibility—especially when it concerns the health of an elderly person—goes a long way. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider continuing with this pharmacy.

   Absolutely shambolic pharmacy. My father had an appointment for a COVID booster and when he arrived, they were prioritising walk ins so it's a first come first serve. Well then what's the point of an appointment.

   Called the pharmacy, told me my medicine will be ready in 1/2 hr, went there 45 mins later and I was told the wait will be 10 mins. Nearly 1/2 hr later I was told the medicine just needs to be bagged which was not the case as they had not picked the medicine! I took my prescription elsewhere and they said 10 mins and I collected 10 mins later, also this was after handing in my prescription and not having it sent directly :)

   Very well organized COVID booster facility although the nurse doing the jabs seemed to be working in the dark ages! Would be much faster with some technical support. He spent far more time documenting the process with a pen & keyboard than the jab itself.

   Since pharmacy team has changed the service has declined quite rapidly new pharmacists are rude and unprofessional tell you items will be there then when they don't arrive you are told to just come in on a daily basis and take pot luck!! They won't speak to customer to explain things and talk about you as though you are not there such a shame as used to be so good
