    Would leave one star if I could. Absolutely the worst laziest incompetent staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Spent £170 on clothes online, collected from the till store then left with my paid goods and was dragged back by security as the staff didn’t “notice me” collect my huge green online bag nor did they “notice me” walk into the changing room to try them on incase I needed to return any items. Staff then refused to give me the name of the manger or region manager as well as refusing to give me details of who to complain too. Absolutely shocking.

    One of the best River Island stores ive been in. Such a great varied choice of everything. Nice,helpful staff too. A really cute matching dog wear section aswell! Well worth a visit!

    River Island, Glasgow Fort is a lovely store to walk around & browse. I did find the prices very expensive though! The choice was limited, but with some attractive styles to suit many tastes. The jewellery is nice & sparkly to suit all ages! A nice choice of shoes/boots/trainers were available, set-out in a well lit area. There is disabled access to this store which covers two floors. The opening times are as follows; Monday 9:30am-8pm Tuesday 9:30am-8pm Wednesday 9:30pm-8pm Thursday 9:30am-9pm Friday 9:30am-9pm Saturday 9:30am-7pm Sunday 11am-5pm.

    Got an email receipt. No WiFi when returning and it was a palava to get my receipt. One person on till and another faffing about putting returns back on hangers. Must have waited 15 mins to be served. Annoying. Staff were nice enough. Nothing in the 'curves' section.
